I love Flapjacks I find them really comforting. They also a great snack with slow releasing energy. Which means there better than sweets. I decided to try one lot with cranberries which taste amazing. The bonus is they don't take long to make.
85g Golden Syrup
110g Light Brown Sugar
Preheat Oven to 180 Degrees
I first started by combining the sugar, butter and syrup together. Heating to melt it. I put it in the microwave for about 30-50 seconds. Then I mix it together with the oats and cranberries.
Then all you need to do is put them in a tray and put them in the oven for about 15-20 mins or until golden brown.
