Coffee and Walnut Cake Recipe

Ingredients 
225g Butter
225g Sugar
4 Eggs
90ml Coffee (less if you have a stronger coffee)
230g Self Raising Flour
75g Walnuts

Coffee Buttercream:
140g Butter
210g Icing Sugar
50-60ml Coffee

More Walnut to Decorate


Start by mixing the butter and sugar together


Then add the eggs one at a time.


Then Add the Coffee (make sure the coffee is cold) and now add the self raising flour.


Lastly add the Walnuts and place in the oven for 25-30 mins or until golden brown.


Take the cake out and leave to cool. When nearly cool you can make the butter cream icing. 
You start by combing the Icing Sugar and Butter then add the coffee (again make sure it is cold)
Now you can decorate your cake.
